Picture Xing Xia ​夏 星Welcome to my homepage! I am an applied micro-economist. My academic work lies at the intersection of labor and public economics, with a primary focus on human capital formation. My research investigates how institutions, public policy, the environment, and human behavior interact in shaping human capital development in both developed and developing economies. I currently hold the position of Senior Lecturer in Economics and co-Chair of the Master in Public Administration and Management (MPAM) program the at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), National University of Singapore (NUS).
