As a Web/Digital Designer, you will play a critical role within the XPON Corporate Brand team presenting our story and vision to our employees, customers, partners, and communities, you will:

  • Maintain and update our brand and product websites
  • Create digital marketing assets for global campaigns
  • Champion the XPON brand and culture across the business
  • Creating digital marketing assets that support upcoming lead generation campaigns
  • Updating websites and targeted landing pages
  • Designing assets in a timely manner, and effectively managing internal stakeholders
2Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • From 3 years of relevant experience
  • You will have solid experience in graphic design, CMS tools, responsive design and creative publishing tools
  • Knowledge of Google Creative studio will be helpful, but it’s your Adobe CS and WordPress skills that will make you really thrive in the role
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience working with Global teams.
  • You manage yourself well and like to lead others. You will also have experience with digital marketing campaign rollouts, and creating multiple complementary assets ahead of deadlines
  • Ideally, you also have the following technical skills:
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • WordPress
    • HTML / CSS
    • Google Creative Studio
    • Canva
    • Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Google Marketing Platform
  • Good understanding of marketing and customer experience (CX) industry
  • Knowledge of Pardot, Hubspot a plus
