Introduction

Yujin is a South Korean singer, dancer, and actress currently signed to WAKEONE. She is best known as a former member of CLC and a current member of the Kep1er, a project girl group formed through Mnet’s survival program Girls Planet 999. She began her entertainment career in 2014, appearing as a backup dancer for G.NA during her promotions for "G.NA’s Secret". On March 19, 2015, Yujin debuted as a member of CLC with their first mini album "First Love". The group gained recognition for their diverse music style and remained active until Cube Entertainment announced the conclusion of CLC's official activities on May 20, 2022. Although no longer under active management by Cube, the members stated the group had not officially disbanded. In June 2021, Yujin was introduced as a contestant on Girls Planet 999. She finished in third place during the final episode, earning her a place in Kep1er. The group debuted on January 3, 2022, with the mini album "First Impact" and the lead track "WA DA DA", which received commercial success both domestically and internationally. By mid-2022, Yujin had officially parted ways with Cube Entertainment after more than a decade, as confirmed by her removal from their artist listings. Her departure marked a full transition to her new activities under WAKEONE. On May 30, 2024, it was announced that Yujin had renewed her contract with WAKEONE and would continue promoting as a core member of Kep1er's restructured seven-member lineup.
