Do I Need a Permit for a 10 Yard Dumpster Rental?

Why Can't I put Refrigerators or AC Units in my Rental?

Refrigerators and AC units contain Freon. Freon is a chemical that can damage the ozone. Unless you strip out the Freon in your appliances, they cannot go in the dumpster rental.

Freon can damage the ozone and is not accepted in our dumpsters. Freon appliances should be properly disposed of. Call your city officials and they can tell you what to do.

Will a 10 Yard Bin be Big Enough for my Project?

As long as the material your packing in the roll off rental doesn't exceed the fill line, this dumpster size is for you.

What Happens if My 10 Yard Dumpster is Overfilled or Overweight?

Overweight dumpster will result in fees per each ton that exceeds the 4,000 pound limit.

Overfilled dumpsters cannot be picked up and will result in a dry run fee. We will pick up the dumpster once the top has been leveled below the fill line.
