Dallas Cowboys Training Camp
The Dallas Cowboys are returning to Oxnard for their 2025 Training Camp! Between July 20 and August 14, there are 15 practices open to the public, including a joint practice with the Los Angeles Rams on August 5. WVCBA is thrilled to welcome back Dallas Cowboys Training Camp to River Ridge Playing Fields as the team and their fans make a huge impact on local businesses throughout Ventura County. An economic impact study conducted in 2019 found that training camp attendees spent $3.6 million on local hotels, shopping, restaurants, etc.

| Since 2004, the WVCBA (previously as the Oxnard Chamber of Commerce) has exclusively offered the only advertising opportunity for businesses at Dallas Cowboys Training Camp. The official souvenir program is a full-color booklet distributed for free during training camp. The souvenir program includes a welcome message from the Cowboys, the team roster, regular season schedule, and an autograph page. It's available in print and via mobile device using QR codes that are scattered throughout camp. All ads are clickable when viewing the program on the mobile device, providing a valuable opportunity to drive customers to websites, landing pages, or specific product links. |
WVCBA also offers advertising banners, a unique opportunity to put brands on the field every day during Dallas Cowboys Training Camp. Large advertising banners (3' x 10') are placed on the fencing along the field perimeter for prime viewing by all.
2025 Training Camp Calendar - Oxnard
Parking lot opens approximately three hours before the scheduled practice time. Public entry opens two hours prior to practice.

- Sunday, July 20: Team arrives in Oxnard
- Tuesday, July 22: Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Wednesday, July 23: Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Thursday, July 24: Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Friday, July 25: No practice; Oxnard Fan Night at The Collection at RiverPark hosted by Visit Oxnard (4:00-6:00 p.m.)
Cowboys Back Together Weekend & Opening Ceremony presented by American Airlines- Saturday, July 26: Doors open 9:15 a.m. for Opening Day Ceremony (11:15 a.m.) and Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Sunday, July 27: Open practice (11:45 a.m.); Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Dance Clinic at Channel Islands High School (2:00-5:00 p.m.)
- Monday, July 28: Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Wednesday, July 30: Open practice (11:45 a.m.)
- Thursday, July 31: Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA + open practice (11:45 a.m.)

TRAINING CAMP RULES: Fans violating any of the rules and regulations are subject to removal for duration of the camp.- Chairs are not allowed inside the football field viewing area.
- No alcohol, coolers, tailgating, outside food, or overnight parking.
- No strollers allowed in the bleacher area and no bicycles permitted.
- No backpacks, with exception of small diaper bags.
- Metal detectors may be used for screening at the gates.
- NO PETS! No pets of any size will be allowed into the Training Camp or parking area.
- Pets left unattended in vehicles will be removed at owners expense.
Planning Your Trip
| Admission is FREE and tickets are not required. Admission is on a first-come-first-served basis until capacity is reached. Public entry will open two hours prior to practice. Fans have the option to purchase VIP or Sideline Access to Training Camp in Oxnard through Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences.Paid parking is available on site at River Ridge Playing Fields. Parking is $20 for vehicles and $40 for large vehicles (RV/trailer/bus). Cash only.Parking and entry to Training Camp is located at 2501 Ventura Road, Oxnard, CA 93036. The parking lot has limited capacity so please consider carpooling, ride sharing or taking the train (Amtrak or Metrolink) to the Oxnard Transportation Center about five miles from camp (taxi, rideshare services available). DRIVING DIRECTIONSFrom the 101 North freeway from Los Angeles: Exit Oxnard Boulevard. Turn RIGHT. Make your first LEFT onto Town Center Drive. Make a LEFT onto Ventura Road. The entrance will be on your right after about one mile (watch for traffic lines leading to the parking lot).From the 101 South freeway from Santa Barbara/Santa Clarita: Exit Ventura Road. Turn right onto Wagon Wheel Road. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto N. Ventura Road.
