Training Camp provides fans the opportunity to watch Dallas Cowboys players up close as they train for the upcoming season.

Welcome, Cowboys Nation! The Dallas Cowboys have officially announced the schedule for Training Camp 2025 presented by American Airlines in Oxnard, California.

We HIGHLY recommend booking your overnight accommodations as soon as possible. Search for available rooms and book your stay at the widget below.

DALLAS COWBOYS TRAINING CAMP 2025

America's Team will return to Oxnard in 2025 to open their 66th training camp, and many practices will be open to the public, giving visitors, residents and guests the opportunity to see their favorite players and coaches as they step away from The Star in Frisco, TX to train for the upcoming NFL season.

Please join us this summer for a family-friendly experience with the star-studded NFL franchise owned by Jerry Jones. Various activities and entertainment include:

Know Before You Go

We look forward to seeing you at practice when the Cowboys return this summer. Please note the below reminders as you make your plans to ensure the best experience:

• Admission is FREE and open to the public! No tickets needed.
• Entry is on a first-come/first-served basis until capacity is reached. Arriving early is encouraged!
• Be advised that Training Camp is located outdoors, and no shaded areas are available.
• It's a jam-packed summer of events in Oxnard. Book your accommodations early.

Admission & Parking

Parking at River Ridge Playing Fields is $20/day for small vehicles and $40/day for large vehicles (RV/Bus/Trailer). Cash only.

Parking and entry to Training Camp is located at 2501 Ventura Road, Oxnard, CA 93036. The parking lot has limited capacity and is first come, first serve. We recommend carpooling or ride sharing.

(Please use Stone Creek Drive, Oxnard, CA 93036 for ride share pick-up/drop-off)

Parking Lot Hours & Early Entry

Parking lots opens approximately 3 hours before the scheduled practice time. Public entry to training camp will open two hours prior to practice. *Times subject to change.

TRAINING CAMP SCHEDULE

Fans will be able to attend all practice sessions that are open to the public, beginning with the first workout at 11:45 a.m. (Pacific time) on Tuesday, July 22nd until the final open practice on Wednesday, August 13th.

Following the team’s last practice in Oxnard on August 13th, the team will return home to Texas for the final portion of Dallas Cowboys Training Camp at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Select practices will be open to the public and will be announced at a later date.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences Presented by SeatGeek

Fans have the option to purchase VIP or Sideline Access to Training Camp in Oxnard.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experience ticketholders attending Training Camp in Oxnard will receive early entry. Fans with early entry access will be granted entry 30 minutes before camp opens to the public. Dallas Cowboys United no longer sells memberships online or on-site at Training Camp. Purchase will only be available online HERE.

SIDELINE ACCESS | $20

Get as close to the action as possible with fence line access! Step right on to the field and enjoy viewing practice alongside the team, as well as the chance for interactions with your favorite players throughout the day.

YAAMAVA' HOSPITALITY DECK | $100 Mon-Thurs | $150 Fri-Sun + Joint Practices

Enjoy the sights and sounds of Training Camp from the comfort of our shaded hospitality platform, located along the south sideline. Fans can take advantage of optimal sightlines, premium seating, and access to complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and light snack options. Guests 21+ years of age will also receive two complimentary drink tickets for the cash bar located on the hospitality deck.

Dallas Cowboys Fan Experience ticketholders must get their ticket scanned at the Dallas Cowboys Fan Experiences check-in table. Parking is not included with a Fan Experiences ticket.

Oxnard Fan Night | Friday, July 25th | Collection Park

Put on your best Dallas Cowboys gear and head over to The Collection at RiverPark for Oxnard Fan Night featuring the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. This free community event is a chance for fans to see performances by America's Sweethearts and an appearance from Cowboys Mascot Rowdy, with two special guest: Standout cornerback and 10-year Dallas Cowboys veteran, Orlando Scandrick AND Dallas Cowboys legend, 5x Super Bowl Champ and Hall of Famer Charles Haley. This event will also include Dallas Cowboys trivia, contests, giveaways and more! This year's event will feature host ZEALE of rap duo Blackillac.

Opening Ceremonies | Saturday, July 26th | River Ridge Playing Fields

Training Camp in Oxnard will be highlighted by the annual camp opening ceremony – Cowboys Back Together Weekend presented by American Airlines – as the team welcomes fans back to training camp on Saturday, July 26th. The Cowboys Back Together Weekend event will begin at 9:15 am PT as fans enjoy live entertainment, appearances by Cowboys Alumni, Dallas Cowboys mascot Rowdy, a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders autograph signing, exclusive merchandise, prizes, giveaways and more! The opening ceremony will take place at 11:15 am PT which will include a performance by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and remarks from Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones before the open practice session at 11:45 am PT.

DCC Dance Clinic| Sunday, July 27th | Channel Islands High School

Children ages 6 to 16 can join the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for a 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm dance clinic at Channel Islands High School. Develop technical & performance skills while learning the importance of positive self-esteem and strong core values through personalized coaching from the current Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Heroes Appreciation Day presented by USAA | Thursday, July 31st | River Ridge Playing Fields

On Thursday, July 31st, the team will host Heroes Appreciation Day to show their gratitude towards military personnel and first responders. Heroes who wear their military or first responder uniform or show their military ID will receive free general admission parking and two reserved spots on the sideline VIP structure to view practice. Capacity is limited; first come, first served.

Final Practice | Wednesday, August 13th | River Ridge Playing Fields

Training camp in Oxnard will conclude on Wednesday, August 13th, after which the team will return home to Texas. The final portion of Dallas Cowboys Training Camp will be held at Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, with selected practices open to the public that will be announced at a later date.

Getting Here

Fly

Oxnard is an easy 90-minute drive from Los Angeles Airport (LAX), 60 minutes from Burbank Airport (BUR) and 40 minutes from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA).

Train

You can also sit back and enjoy the scenery aboard the train! Oxnard's Transportation Center has regular service via Amtrak and Metrolink. Once in the station, you can take a taxi to Camp, about a 5-mile drive.

Drive

Oxnard is on the coast, just 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles, and 30 miles south of Santa Barbara.

Ride Share

If you plan on using Uber/Lyft, please use Stone Creek Drive, Oxnard, CA 93036 as a pick-up and drop off location for training camp.

Driving Directions

Northbound on the 101 freeway from Los Angeles: Exit Oxnard Boulevard. Turn RIGHT. Make your first LEFT onto Town Center Drive. Make a LEFT onto Ventura Road. Travel 1 mile and it will be on your RIGHT before Vineyard Ave. (watch for traffic lines at the entrance to the parking lot).

Southbound on 101/126 freeway from Santa Barbara/Santa Clarita: Exit Oxnard Boulevard. Turn LEFT and go over the freeway. Make your first LEFT onto Town Center Drive. Make a LEFT onto Ventura Road.
