Use your one-hour exercise slot to support PSPA with our new distance challenge.

With the postponement of our beloved London Marathon and government guidelines around social distancing, we invite you to take part in a different kind of marathon!

26.2 miles is approximately 55,000 steps and we invite you to ‘step up’ to the challenge by aiming to walk, jog or run a marathon in your area.

If you are self-isolating and staying inside, you can still take part. Get creative with your step count by doing laps of your living room, jogging on the spot or climbing the stairs.

Whether you go it alone or tag team with your family or housemates, ‘step up’ to the challenge and fundraise to support our vital work during the lockdown.

Send us a photo of your step tally and we will help you celebrate the completion of your challenge with a special PSPA medal.
