- ▢ 2 cans corned beef hash
- ▢ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ▢ salt and pepper, to taste
- ▢ 4 large eggs
- ▢ ½ cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add oil. Once hot, add canned corned beef hash, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir fry and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Crack eggs on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
