WELCOME

ACTOFIVE Cycles is dedicated to providing high-quality mountain bike frames and components that are designed and manufactured in Germany by using a unique CNC manufacturing technique developed in-house. With a focus on technical innovation and aesthetic design, owner Simon Metzner brings his expertise as a mechanical engineer and mountain biker to create bikes with an exclusive character. Since 2018, Actofive has developed multiple frame platforms and components that cater to various types of mountain biking, from fast and fun XC riding to the demanding challenges of the Enduro World Series.

CNC MACHINED

Each component is meticulously manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Dresden, Germany, in collaboration with our sibling company METZNER Engineering GmbH. We utilize cutting-edge CNC manufacturing equipment and precise measuring systems to ensure the utmost precision and quality. The main parts of our components undergo approximately 22 hours of processing time, during which 38 Kg of 7075-T6 aluminium is machined to perfection. We are committed to sustainability, and recycle both the chips and larger residual parts produced during the machining process.

Once the machining process is complete, we dedicate a further eight hours of manual work, including bonding and finishing, for each individual frame. This meticulous attention to detail guarantees that every frame meets our high standards of excellence and creates an exclusive character to our bikes.

The I-TRAIN 32 is here! - We developed the I-TRAIN 32 as a no-compromise 32-inch machine. The geometry has been dialed in 100% for the 32-inch wheels, but it still carries the DNA of the 29-inch I-TRAIN. This means it’s not just a straight-up XC-racer; it`s a true Trail Bike.All the rider contact points have been kept analogues to the 29-inch I-TRAIN.
