Amouranth Has Been Banned On Twitch, Instagram, And TikTok

Amouranth getting banned from Twitch isn't really news anymore, is it? The streamer has been banned a number of times now, to an extent that it has almost become a ritual. However, this time she's been suspended from Instagram and TikTok as well.

According to StreamerBans, this is her fifth ban till date. Her previous and most famous ban was in June this year for streaming content that involved licking and farting into microphones. Before that, she and a number of other streamers had their accounts suspended thanks to the hot tub meta.

While no reason was given for this ban by Twitch or by Amouranth, she did take to her personal Twitter account saying that she will talk about it tomorrow. "Getting “deplatformed” everywhere is a bizarre feeling," she tweeted. "I have so much energy and a paucity of places to put it now. Will workout and make YouTube videos all weekend I guess. New video tomorrow talking about all this on my main YT. Financially I’m fine. could probably 3% FIRE".

It seems that she also took the opportunity to promote her own private network. Whether she's making hay while the sun shines or engineering these events is up for debate.

Last month, the popular streamer announced two new projects that she'll be working on. The first is a documentary about her life as a streamer and in general, the second involves being a gameshow girl in a hot tub. “TWO EXCITING PROJECTS IN THE WORKS!” she tweeted. “A documentary produced by a big media org about my life (on stream and off)…. And being a GAMESHOW GURL? …in a hot tub?”

Amouranth and hot tubs have a long history together, with Twitch banning even a mention of them for a while. This issue was eventually resolved when Twitch created a separate channel for hot tub streams, which was later taken over by otters for no apparent reason.

While she remains extremely popular throughout these incidents, the streamer definitely got her share of flak from the internet. Things got so bad at one point that someone even tried setting her house on fire; the authorities suspected arson.
