I'm only early game, so maybe there's a way later to get people pepped up a little easier. But for now, I'm struggling with a certain side mission becuas eI can't get the 3 party members I need to get pepped up pepped up. It's an early quest, I only have 4 characters. I'll keep it in mind for the future though. Try to use as many peps at the same time as possible.
