im 16 and it’s saying that I need to verify my identity but I already accepted the payment and it says pending I have no way of getting the money back ?

You cannot use Apple Pay under 18 unless you are part of Apple Pay Family. Your payment is likely waiting for you to verify your identity. After a period of time, the money will revert. Feel free to contact Apple Support

Pending means that a merchant has put a hold on your card, but has not yet completed the transaction, so there is no money to get back.
