start by force rebooting your device - Force reboot your device (Force reboot device - Apple Support). Then sign out of your Apple ID and back in (settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>sign out>restart your device normally>sign back into Apple ID.

in short, since I update to 15.3 I can’t open any app which is Apple related, I have getting an advisor who would not escalate to a manager. And stated he was a manager. I need these apps such as banking ( am sure you will remember my breakdowns earlier) 🥴🥴 , I really don’t want to have someone become a nonit all and talk over me to the point I am felling belittled. I really don’t want an education lesson. I am tired and am stood in a cold kitchen the hole time. Please help me .

did you read what it says directly below that?

You have been charged this amount because the

merchant doesn't know what the final amount will

be, or they want to check that you've got enough

funds. If it's a deposit, it can take up to 31 days to

reverse.
