Sap is an important ingredient in various recipes, particularly Sweet Veggie Cakes and Superior Kibbles. Normally, if you want to obtain sap, you have to use a Tree Sap Tap on a redwood tree to collect its sap over time.

While you can still do this on Fjordur, there’s a different and far more efficient way of doing so. Let’s find out where you can get lots of sap on the map.

Where to Farm Sap in ARK Fjordur

The first thing you want to do is head over to coordinates 45.4, 48.5. There, you can find lots of pine trees throughout the area. However, what you want to look for are those with dead branches near their lower half.

Once you find those trees, simply harvest them normally as you would wood. You can use a chainsaw for a more efficient harvest. But if you don’t have it yet, the standard metal pick will do. Do keep in mind that these trees can spawn randomly throughout the area, and they don’t always drop sap.

But for those that do, you can expect to get a lot of the sap resource.
