art & clay on main Art & Clay on Main is a beautiful spacious, contemporary art studio located in historic downtown Lancaster. We have a gallery and retail area which features unique one of a kind works of art, such as: sculptures, paintings, photographs, stained glass, jewelry, pottery, specialty gifts and more. We are also a fun Paint Your Own Pottery-studio, as well as a ceramics studio with several wheels where you can create your own pottery and unleash your "clayful" side! At Art & Clay, we host meetings for businesses and organizations, church groups, teams and sport organizations, scouts, ladies groups, youth groups, sports banquets, reunions, birthday parties and bridal showers, and more. We also rent our beautiful location for special events. Every Friday is Buddy night- "byob" at Art & Clay. On the first Friday of each month we have live music at no cover. Art and Clay offers pottery lessons for adults and kids, stained glass classes, mosaics and kid's clay camps and more. During the Lancaster Festival, we host the Italian Street Painting are feature other artists pieces during the fun art walk through historic downtown Lancaster. Art & Clay on Main currently teaches several after school art programs, as well as the enrichment programs during school which provide fun, inexpensive hands on art instruction for kids.
