  1. 25 minutes at 425ºF is TOO LONG. Internal temp of MahiMahi should reach 137ºF when done. Baking at 425 for 25 you'll eat fishJerky.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Jimmy L. Reply 3 See 3 Replies

  1. I substituded the mayo to improvise (didnt have it and dont really like it) with sour cream topped w/parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs! AMAZING <3   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Lourdes T. Reply 4
  2. Incredible! Tender and never dry, every time. Shared this with my parents and it's their favorite mahi mahi recipe. A regular in both our houses. I typically cut the amount of mayonnaise in half. Otherwise I don't change a thing because why mess with perfection.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal multilevelmarketing Reply 4
  3. We substituted Greek non-fat yogurt-delish! great recipe for all in the family   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal meliwilliams410 Reply 4
  4. I used low fat Duke's mayonnaise and a sprinkle of Whole Wheat panko, Next time I will use a little less mayo and add a blob of Dijon Mustard. Very very delicious. DH loved it, too.   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal mandabears Reply 3
  5. Thought the recipe was pretty simplistic. It was. But.....it turned out really very well. The flavor of the fish came through with good compliment from the mayo onion mix and seasonings. The cooking time is spot on, the fish was very good. Will use again. Made a balsamic vinaigrette salad to pair with it and and a hoppy IPA to wash it down. Great Sunday meal...   icons / ellipsis / ellipsis-horizontal Scott K. Reply 2

  2. I didn't have breadcrumbs and I didn't want to cut up an onion but, I had crispy fried onions. So I mashed them into crumbs. Also only 15 minutes in an airfryer.

Perfect as posted and plan to make this recipe again! 4 stars - Liked it a lot and will make again but will probably alter the recipe slightly. 3 stars - OK but to make it again would require major changes to the original recipe to suit my tastes. 2 stars - Really didn't like it. Could be personal preference or the recipe just didn't meet expectations. <embed src="http://www.clocklink.com/clocks/8008-orange.swf?TimeZone=GMT0800&" width="150" height="150" wmode="transparent" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"> <a href="http://photobucket.com/meez" target="_blank"><img src="http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z195/dlowe52s/mz_0410_10021355399.gif" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"></a> <embed src="http://static.travbuddy.com/flash/countries_map.swf?id=4529632" quality="high" bgcolor="#372060" width="400" height="213" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> Adopted by: <a href="http://www.recipezaar.com/member/280271">TeresaS's</a> With <a href="http://www.recipezaar.com/286209">Lumpia (In Spring Roll Wrappers)</a> Recipe#341002 <a href="http://www.recipezaar.com/291762">Smoked Ribs on the Grill</a> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/PACfall08partic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"> Adopted by: Chef #194886 With:Recipe #317515 Recipe #317753 Recipe #250644 <img src="http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e110/flower753/Food/my3chefsnov2008.jpg"> My themes, Asian and breakfast.
