It is unfortunate that Basculegion doesn't get a strong Physical Ghost-type move, but Wave Crash and Shadow Ball are still the best STAB moves for Basculegion with reliable power, accuracy, and PP. Crunch offers similar offensive benefits as Shadow Ball, but does not get the STAB boost.
