Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment

There are times when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For convenience, you can do this 24/7!

WEEKDAYS, AFTER HOURS, OR WEEKENDS, Call 317-621-9000 and Press Option 1

• ILL APPTS: Please cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
• CHECKUP APPTS: Please cancel by 4:30 p.m. the day before your appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled by 3:30 p.m. on Friday.

Fees: We do not charge for the first time an appointment fails or is canceled without adequate notice. The second occurrence is $50, and $100 is charged for each additional appointment. Fees are calculated per child, not per family.

We recognize that busy lifestyles can make it challenging to remember appointments that were scheduled days, weeks, or months earlier. For this reason, we confirm all appointments with a text message to your cell phone number one week, one day, and the same day before your scheduled appointment. We ask for confirmation to be indicated. We keep these reports and confirmation responses on file in our office.
