How to transfer services into your name

To become the primary account holder for your household, we’ll need to open a new account in your name. Here’s how it works:

  1. Enter your details in the form and we’ll set up your new account. If the form is showing existing details, please log out of My Account.
  2. You’ll receive a new customer number and contract pack via email
  3. You’ll need to create a new log in for My Account
  4. A final bill for the old account will be issued to the previous account holder
  5. Origin will automatically end the old agreement
