HEY! Guess what? Protein ice cream is happening TODAY! There’s not much summer left so we’ll make this one quick.

Start with a blender that can crush ice. If yours can’t crush ice, I’ll put a link below to one that can (my blender)!

Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

For vanilla ice cream you’re gonna add in 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups of ice, 1 1/2 scoops of a vanilla protein powder, 1-2 ounces of a milk or milk substitute, 3 tablespoons of liquid egg whites, and a little optional ground cinnamon.

Blend those until smooth.

Top your homemade vanilla ice cream with whatever you want and enjoy! I like topping mine with some graham cracker crumbs and sugar free caramel.

Chocolate Protein Ice Cream

Don’t like vanilla ice cream? Don’t worry! Let’s make a quick chocolate version for you chocolate fans.

Add into your blender 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups of ice, 1 1/2 scoops of a chocolate protein powder, 1-2 ounces of a milk or milk substitute, 3 tablespoons of liquid egg whites, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Blend those until smooth.

Top your homemade chocolate ice cream with whatever you want and enjoy! I like topping mine with some fat free whipped cream and sugar free chocolate syrup.

If your blender sounds like it’s not doing anything, either stir your ingredients around a bit and continue blending OR add in a little bit more liquid. It should take around :30 seconds total.

There you go! Quick protein ice cream with just a couple ingredients.

Yes, it’s actually good as long as you blend it enough and use a good tasting protein powder.

The best part? The macros!

Let me me know in the comments below what your choice is. Vanilla? Chocolate? Swirl? Neither!?
