Notice Regarding Delinquent Utility Charges Added to Tax Bills

Please be advised that any delinquent utility bills that were unpaid and should have been applied to your tax bill were not placed on the tax roll as originally intended. These charges are now being entered. If you have already paid your tax bill, this delinquent utility charge is STILL DUE. All payments are required by January 31st. A letter and bill are being mailed to affected property owners. These documents may also be viewed through the tax portal. Please note that the letters sent in October reflected amounts that remained outstanding if not paid by November 15th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If you have any questions, please call the Treasury office at 414-425-4770.
