CLEVELAND, Ohio – Mike Trivisonno, the longtime Cleveland radio-talk show host and on-air firebrand, has died, sources have confirmed for cleveland.com.

He was 74.

Trivisonno – self-proclaimed “Mr. Know-It-All” – joined WTAM in 1994 and moved to afternoon drive in 1996.

He was known for his outspoken conservative stances on issues. After he quit smoking, Trivisonno once filed a class-action lawsuit against the tobacco industry trying to outlaw tobacco sales in the United States.
