Who was Mike Trivisonno?
Born September 20, 1947, Mike Trivisonno, sometimes known as Mr. Know-it-all, was known as a radio host for WTAM 1100.
He began his career in 1986, starting by being a frequent caller to Peter Franklin’s sports talk show.
From there, his career spanned three decades and various accolades, including “Best Talk Show Host” and “Personality of the Year.”
Trivisonno was known for discussing everything from sports to politics on his self-titled afternoon talk show.
He was also known for his charitable work and had raised over $5million for local charities throughout his career, according to WTAM.

Trivisonno’s death was announced on WTAM AM 1100 during their Thursday afternoon broadcast.

“Very sad to say that Mike Trivisonno passed away today at the age of 74,” programming director Ray Davis said on-air. “It’s going to be a very difficult show today.”
Despite his death being confirmed, a cause was not given.
Following the announcement, many took to Twitter to remember the local legend, including retired NFL star Bernie Kosar, who played for the Cleveland Browns from 1985 to 1993.
“Luv U Triv,” Kosar wrote. “So Going To Miss U Brother.”
Cleveland radio host Anthony Lima added: “Used to set up the boom box in the driveway to shoot hoops with Triv on after school. Called in many times. Was the BEST guy in town during the Browns move and held Cleveland politicians more accountable than anyone else. Still pretty sure he pranked our station from time to time.”
“Although ‘The Voice of Cleveland’ has been silenced, his impact on Cleveland will be felt and heard for years to come,” WTAM later posted on its Facebook page.

Was Mike Trivisonno married?
At the time of his death, Trivisonno was married to Tami Trivisonno.
Details surrounding Tami’s personal life remain unclear as she has tended to stay out of the spotlight over the years.
Prior to his marriage to Tami, he was married to his high school sweetheart, Linda Trivisonno until her death in 2009.
Throughout his previous marriage, he welcomed three children, Michelle, Michael and Anthony.
