- [Instructor] When you're finishing collecting responses and you're now ready to analyze the results, the first thing you'll want to do is close down all of your collectors. Yes, you could go to analyze results, and analyze results along the way, but at the end of your survey, when it's time to stop receiving responses, the collectors have to be closed. And we'll do them one at a time here from our collect responses page for our Customer Satisfaction 2020 survey. We've already closed the social media collector, we decided we weren't going to use it, closed it, and because we didn't get any responses, we can even go over to the ellipses here on the right and delete the collector all together. It doesn't even need to show up there. You will see a warning, but because we didn't receive any responses, we're safe to click delete collector to confirm.
