This wikiHow teaches you how to close a survey created on SurveyMonkey. Before closing a survey, make sure all relevant data has been collected.

Steps

1. 1 Open your Internet browser and go to https://www.surveymonkey.com. Sign into your account if you haven't already done so.
2. 2 Select the survey you want to close. This will open the menu displaying options for that survey. Advertisement
3. 3 Select Collect Responses in the survey menu. This is located near the top of the screen.
4. 4 Click the OPEN status and toggle it to CLOSED.
5. 5 Customize the closed message for your survey. This will display when people try to access the survey after it’s been closed.[1]
6. 6 Click Close Collector. This will exit out of the survey options and will close your survey. Advertisement
