Established in 1988, CNPLaw (CNP) is a full-service law firm with a talent for cross-border business. With about 80 staff, including more than 40 lawyers, and a strong network of international contacts, the firm has the capability to deliver legal solutions in Singapore and beyond.   Interlaw Ltd.'s firms in #Oman and #Singapore, Trowers & Hamlins and CNPLaw LLP respectively, have advised VentureSoul Partners on a strategic #investment project in the #telecommunications industry. The investment in India-based Metro Telworks will support its international expansion strategy across 19 countries, in particular in the high growth markets of India and Singapore. The team was led by Trower & Hamlins Head of India Desk Debopam Dutta and CNPLaw's Bill Jamieson, and supported by Phoebe Lim, Jian-Jie Phang, and Daniel Ng (pictured). Commenting on the deal, Debopam Dutta said, “We are delighted to have supported VentureSoul Partners on this transaction which demonstrates our ability to handle highly structured and innovative deals In the Indian market.
