Cyllage City is home to the second Kalos League Gym. If you wish to run over there now, head to our Cyllage City Gym page, but it's best to go around town first. This is a coastal Kalos city which connects Route 8 in the south with Route 10 in the north and Connecting Cave in the east.

Pokemon Center

The Pokemon Center for Cyllage is in the middle of town. The left shop has the same items as usual, but the right shop has three new Poke Balls.

In-Game Trade

Inside the Pokemon Center is a man named Farris. He will trade his Steelix for your Luvdisc. You can find many Luvdisc by fishing with the Old Rod along the coast, and this Pokemon will tear through the Gym up ahead. The Steelix's name is Thumper. It will be at Level 20 and have an Impish Nature.

A man will be walking outside to the north of the Pokemon Center. Speak to him to buy Soda Pop at P300 a pop -- pun intended. You can buy one or a dozen (12) at a time.

Walk as far east as you can to a few park benches. Behind these benches is a Super Potion.

Southern House

Visit the house at the far south end of town. Inside is a man that will give you a special item depending on the version you're playing. If you're playing Pokemon X, you will get the Whipped Dream. If you're playing Pokemon Y, you will get the Sachet. Attach the whipped dream to a Swirlix and trade it to get Slurpuff. Attach the Sachet to a Spritzee and trade it to get Aromatisse.

Bicycle Shop

The building to the right of the Pokemon Center is the Bicycle Shop. Answer a short quiz to obtain your very own Bicycle. The answer to the quiz is "Of Course." You can choose between a yellow or green bike.

Pokemon Masseuse

The house to the west of the Pokemon Center will massage your Pokemon once per day for free. This will make your Pokemon more Friendly towards you.

Boutique

North of the Pokemon Center is a Boutique. You can buy a new accessory, shorts, and a shirt.

House in the NW

The house to the northwest of the Pokemon Center holds a girl who will give you a short quiz. The answers are:

1. Persim Berry
2. Confused

Give her the correct answers to obtain 4 Persim Berries.

Hotel Cyllage

On the north side of town is the Cyllage Hotel. Talk to a man at the table in the lobby to receive TM44 Rest. Talk to the woman at the same table to receive TM88 Sleep Talk.

Talk to the maid on the second floor of this hotel to obtain a Destiny Knot.

Like the past few hotels, Mr. Bonding will be in the last room on the second floor. Speak to him to get the Prize Money Power Lv. 1 O-Power.

Pokemon Cafe

The building to the left of the Hotel is a Pokemon Cafe. For a price, you can sit at a select part of the cafe. Talk to the people around that area to get a new Pokedex entry. When you wish to leave, talk to the waiter.

Cyllage Hill

To the east of the city is a large, three-level hill. Climb up this hill and you'll meet Grant, the Cyllage City Gym Leader. He'll give you HM04 Strength, which allows Pokemon to move giant boulders.

Before going to the Gym in the south, search the area for a few more items. Slide down the side of the cliff on the left to find an X Defense. Next, climb all the way up the hill and go down the northern road with the arrows. Half way down this road is an X Sp. Atk.

At the entrance to the Gym, the bottom rock holds a hidden Protein. At the top of the hill is Connecting Cave. It's best to go there after completing the Cyllage City Gym.

Return Later with HM03 Surf

After obtaining HM03 Surf, you can reach a small island with a house to the west. Inside is a little boy who will give you a Charti Berry, which weakens Super Effective Rock-type attacks.
