5 Jun, 2017 @ 9:53pm Bless is the typical cure but you will find that several NPC's have decay on them that can't be cured. There is one special NPC that can be cured but it takes a blessed surface. I won't mention any spoilers:) #1

29 Sep, 2017 @ 7:49am For what you are looking for (in the area Jack mentioned) there isn't really an ability to do so so I assume its a scripted decay to prevent that particular NPC from being healed. (note have not left that area yet so other than that I do not know) #5
