While it is a very basic sushi roll, it's hard to find anyone who really doesn't like a Crunchy Roll. It has no raw fish in it so non-raw fish eaters will love it. Kids love it. And hardcore sushi lovers love it, too. It's a starter roll for many. Not only is it a starter for your meal, but it's also a good roll to start with for a sushi newbie. It has a center of a shrimp tempura, snow crab mix, cucumber, and avocado and then it is topped with crunchy tempura flakes, which is how it got its name. Not too complicated but yet, very delicious and fulfilling.
