Hiya ladies..

I have been keeping more of an eye on my CM the last month or 2 and was wondering how long EWCM usually lasts..I have  it today but it seems a bit early to be ovulating!!

Last month I had it for a couple of days and was wondering is that normal!!??

  As a very very vague rule of thumb woman under 30 can get up to 5 days of it and woman over 30 can get as little as one day of ewcm. Generally it has been said that you're 'most' fertile on the LAST day of ewcm.

  last month i had it for a good 5 days, (and I'm over 30 - check me out?!) but this month it is yet to appear.... I think my cycles aren't regulated yet.

  So is it still worth BDing as soon as you get the EWCM even though it might last a few days?

  OH is working away at the min and only comes back on weekends..But as I am due to ovulate sometime in the next few days he is coming back tonight (just for the night) so we can BD..lol.Only thing is I have to drive him to the train station at 5am in the morning..lol

  Definately, bd as soon as you spot it as it's EWCM that allows sperm to stay alive and 'wait' for the egg.

  Thats intersting as the months go by I seem to be getting more and more..Although the doctor did say that would happen after coming off the pill. So the more EWCM you get the better chance of concieving?

  Hi - I got it for 6 days this cycle, and think I ovulated on about the 5th day of it.  I have read that it stops as soon as you ovulate, so I guess its nearer the end of it rather than at the beginning??

  Hi hun i got 5 days of it last month but this month i have yet to see any.I use the clearblue fertility monitor so igo by that and not the mucus.
