Jun 30, 2009 1,299 0 0 So after racking 20hrs into the game and spending most of the day with pure AWESOME side-quests I'm finally at the casino with Benny. Now what did you guys do? I've done a couple of sceanarios like luring him to the room alone with my high speech and killing his guards, then he's all like WTF and escapes. I also tried killing him for the lolz REVENGE but I'm not sure if it's the best idea. (Story wise) So guys let me hear what you did! EDIT: Also do you lose any quests or anything important if you kill him early? Discuss! ^-^

Mar 27, 2009 7,742 0 0 I killed him. I spoke to him, let him live, and then put an anti-material .50 cal incendiary round through his skull. It didn't kill him. The second round blind-fired into his chest did, though. Yeah, nothing fancy >.>

Mar 9, 2010 1,133 0 0 When I finally tracked Benny down in Vegas, I forgave him for shooting me in the head, since I got better anyway and maybe he had a damn good reason for doing what he did, and after the conversation we had in his room at the hotel, it certainly seemed that way. I agreed we'd team up to try and boot Caesar the hell out, then the stupid bastard double crossed me.. Chased him to Caesar's camp, but the Legion is kill on sight for me, so I had to take an hour butchering everyone in the camp to get to Benny, to find him tied up. Had a chuckle, then killed all the guards. Talked to him again, said I'd let him up. Pick-pocketed a gun into his inventory so he'd have a fair chance, let him stand on his feet, then promptly shot the bastard. Now ain't that a kick in the head.

Dec 26, 2009 749 0 0 After 70 hours of playing I went to The Tops and I told Swank that Benny is a traitor and he gave me my Gobi Rifle back, I passed the speech check with Benny, got as much as info as I could then put two bullets through his skull (I was fair, he put two through mine). *possible spoiler* I think if you don't kill him he betrays you. *spoiler done*

Dec 3, 2008 726 0 0 Legion got him,so I couldn't use explosives like I had hoped,so I settled for a brutaly direct and unefficient bare hand beating,followed by a tire iron to the jaw,and a coup de grace as close to the balls as I could with a golf club. His body was then stripped and mutilated,and displayed on Caesar's throne. As satisfying as that was,I just so wanted to knock him out with boxing gloves,plant C4 right under him and watch one hell of a bloody mess rocket to the moon! J

Does it impact the game afterwards? I was going to try that, but after I tried the first time and you know what happened I didnt feel like taking on that task.

Wait you had 70hrs before you got to him at the casino? ! Either you explore way to much or you have a secret you're not telling me ¬.¬ I spent like 10hrs today on side-quests alone so I thought 20hrs was enough before advancing on the story some more =.=

So much so that in fact I was surprised why his bodyguards didn't kill me after noticing that he was naked(I robbed his stuff) and that all of his limbs were missing. Was Pretty fun though. And BTW killing Benny is the ONLY way to continue the story, otherwise he runs away and then you have to find him.
