When acidic discharge is exposed to the air, oxidation can result in yellow and orange stains on underwear. This discharge is a natural part of your vaginal self-cleaning process.

The pH of a healthy vaginal discharge might fluctuate owing to a variety of circumstances, including your sex life, hormones, and the menstrual cycle. Due to an increase in cervical mucus, this discharge increases during ovulation and pregnancy.

How To Prevent These Bleach Stains?

However the stains on underwear are not a part of the problem, but if you want to keep them from ruining your cute and fancy underwear, follow these steps:

• Wear a pair of pantyliners the whole day. These will act as a barrier between your vulva and your underwear, keeping the vagina's acidic discharge from directly contacting the fabric of your underwear.
• After wearing your underwear, immediately rinse it. This will prevent the bleaching agent from sticking to the fabric, potentially preventing the effect.
• Allow your underwear to soak in water for a few minutes before washing. This step might be helpful.
