Jean scales of ATK when it comes to her healing so building it should be your number one priority when it comes to a healer or support build. Giving her a full Viridescent Venerer build will lower her healing compared to a more healer conventional build, but it will give her more utility as a Support. Investing in CRIT Rate is important when you are using Favonius Sword but if not, it can be minimal.

Deals Anemo Damage & Knock Back

Jean's Elemental Skill deals Anemo and applies Swirl to enemies it hits. It is a quick and convenient way to produce energy particles due to its short cooldown.

Hold Skill To Gather & Throw Enemies

If you hold down Jean's Elemental Skill, she can gather nearby lightweight enemies and toss them when released. The amount of time Jean can hold enemies depends on her stamina.

C4 Provides Anemo RES Shred

While Jean has historically been on a Chronicled Wish banner with Skyward Blade and Aquila Favonia, none of them are really considered her Signature Weapon, more so since she is a Standard Banner character. Because of this, the only real way of improving her performance in a team without considering investment into other characters or weapons is through her constellations. If she's part of the Chronicled Wish banner, and you want to increase Jean's performance in her role as an Anemo Support and Healer, then you could try pulling for her C4 that lets her decrease the Anemo Resistance with her Burst, which is one of her better constellations, so long as you have the funds and are willing to invest that much into Jean.

C2 has few real use-cases, but the Movement Speed and Attack Speed can still be a nice bonus to have, despite being largely unimpactful in a lot of teams. In general, Jean will still be usable with her base kit at C0 and you may not really need to actively get her constellations. Consider any level beyond C0 that you happen to get as a bonus.

Primordial Jade Cutter Is Good to Have On Any Account

In addition to being a universal 5-star Crit substat sword, the passive that lets the equipping character convert HP into Attack is something that Jean would appreciate, since most of her abilities or talents scale with her Attack. Jean also does a decent amount of damage with her Skill and Burst, so the Crit Rate isn't entirely wasted. Pulling for the Primordial Jade Cutter is going to be a sound decision overall, so having it be one of Jean's best option is a nice bonus in terms of investment.

While not as generalist, the Freedom-Sworn is also a good alternative due to the amount of buffs it can provide. There will be a lot less characters that could make use of Freedom-Sworn and it may not be ideal as a primary pull, but it can still be decent option for Jean if the other weapon on the banner is something you would like to have.
