Viridescent Venerer is Jean's best artifact set as a Support, allowing her to shred elemental resistance with it. Alongside this, the focus on both healing and energy recharge allows her to maintain consistent burst uptime with buffers like Furina.
Since Jean's healing scales off of her ATK stat, players can still get the best of both worlds even if they opt into a more damage-focused build.

Jean and Furina synergize well together. Jean can immediately stack Fanfare with her burst while debuffing enemies with resistance shred.
With these two serving as the team's core members, there is room for some flexibility in the Main DPS and Sub-DPS roles, as long as they can benefit from Furina's Hydro application.

Jean and Bennett's Elemental Bursts combined can cause a lot of Pyro Swirls around enemies. Jean's Burst will apply the Anemo element to the character while Bennett's will apply Pyro, which makes you automatically Swirl Pyro in the process.
Make sure that Jean has significant investment in Elemental Mastery to further maximize Swirl Damage. You can use Main DPS characters like Raiden or Tartaglia to trigger multiple bouts of Overcharged or Vaporize reactions respectively.

This team comp synergizes well with keeping Xiao safe as he deals damage with his Elemental Burst. Jean will provide particle generation for Jean's Elemental burst and can also increase his DPS if she has her 4th Constellation unlocked.
Since this is a team that doesn't use Elemental Reactions, we recommend that you equip Jean with the Noblesse Oblige 4 piece set to provide Xiao with more ATK.
