Thunder Manifestation is the latest boss that has arrived as part of the 2.1 Update. This new boss is the Electro equivalent to the Hydro Oceanid which was added to the game in the earlier update.

In order to encounter the Thunder Manifestation, you need to first complete the Seirai Storm Chasers quest which is the latest quest that has been added to the game. This quest can be found by visiting the Serai island which is the all-new Inazuma Island marking its debut in the 2.1 Update.

When it comes to defeating the Electro Oceanid, you need to make sure you have a nice combination of DPS and support characters, like other boss fights. The Electro Oceanid has a variety of attacks that can be a bit problematic to deal with.

For the Thunder Lightning attack, you need to make sure you have a shield character in place to avoid it. Dealing with that attack in any other can be troublesome. There is also an Electro wall attack for which you need to make sure you are not wasting too much of your stamina.
