Godzilla vs. Kong is getting a digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video on August 14, 2021. The movie will be available in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.

While talking about Godzilla vs. Kong, director Adam Wingard said, “This is a battle that hasn't been waged since 1962, so for us, it was like, it's gotta be the most definitive version and the most satisfying version of these two monsters coming together. In doing that and knowing that everybody has got their favourite, we had to ensure to satisfy both their supporters. They both have their unique special powers and weaknesses...so that's all taken into consideration. For us, it was most important that this was the most epic battle of all time.”

Godzilla vs. Kong focuses on Kong and his protectors, who embark on a dangerous quest to find his true home. During their journey, Kong forms a powerful bond with Jia, a young orphaned girl. They come across an enraged Godzilla as it wreaks havoc across the globe. Godzilla vs. Kong is the 12th movie in the Kong franchise and the 36th movie in the Godzilla franchise. It pits two greatest Monsterverse icons, Kong and Godzilla, against each other to save humanity.
