‘Godzilla Vs Kong’, one of the most anticipated film of 2021 is now coming to Amazon Prime Video. The monster action film, that has run its successful theatrical course, will premiere on the global platform on 14th August, 2021.

Fourth film in Legendary’s MonsterVerse and sequel to ‘Kong: Skull Island’ (2017) and ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ (2019), ‘Godzilla Vs Kong’ will release not only in English and Hindi but also in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.

While Amazon Prime Video has often received flak for not releasing content in regional languages from the beginning itself, this decision to launch ‘Godzilla Vs Kong’ in Tamil and Telugu from the start is a welcome move. But it looks like the Kannada and Malayalam audience will have to wait longer as the Amazon Help handle on Twitter had no confirm response for it when asked by netizens.

Similarly, on being inquired about the streaming quality of the film, as to whether it will be available in 4K or HD only, Amazon Help responded saying that there is no announcement regarding the same for the concerned title.

Amazon has dropped the trailer for Adam Wingard’s ‘Godzilla vs Kong’ where the two alpha titans will clash again six decades after the 1962 film ‘King Kong Vs Godzilla’. Godzilla has resurfaced and is causing major harm to humans. If anyone can stop him it’s Kong and so he is brought out of his containment. The humans need to lure Kong to the Hollow Earth where resides a power source which will be used to create a weapon to stop Godzilla.

Warner Bros. and Legendary’s ‘Godzilla Vs Kong’ stars Alexander Skarsgård, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Shun Oguri, Eiza González, Julian Dennison, Lance Reddick, Kyle Chandler, Demián Bichir, Hakeem Kae-Kazim and Kaylee Hottle. Eric Pearson and Max Borenstein have written the screenplay for the film with a story from Terry Rossio, Michael Dougherty and Zach Shields.
