Hetsu can be found in a few spots around Hyrule depending on how many times you've gotten upgrades. Get all the details on Hetsu's BOTW Locations here!
Hey! Looking for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom guide? Click or tap here to visit the Hestu in Tears of the Kingdom guide.Where Can You Find Hestu?
You can first find Hetsu south of Kakariko Village, on a path past Dueling Peaks. When you meet him for the first time, you have to solve the The Priceless Maracas quest.
From then on, he can be paid in Korok Seeds to expand your inventory slots. You can upgrade your weapon, shield, or bow inventory slots, paying 1 Korok Seed for the first upgrade, 2 for the next, 3 for the third, 5 for the fourth, 8 for the fifth, and so forth.
- He can be paid twice to unlock inventory slots before he moves to his next location.
Second Hestu Location
After two upgrades, Hestu says he will move north to Korok Village but doesn't actually get there. To find him, draw a straight line west from Kakariko Village to the left bank of the Hylia River. Hestu will be waiting just northeast of Riverside Stable, north of Owlan Bridge. You can find him by just following the Hylia River on its left bank from Lake Hylia, past Proxim Bridge, north.
- He can be paid six times to add inventory slots. The cost for slots goes up incrementally.
Third Hestu Location
If Hestu is not at Riverside Stable, try going to Woodlands Stable! You can find this stable south of Korok Forest along the main road.
- He can be paid six times to add inventory slots. The cost for slots goes up incrementally.
Final Hestu Location
Hestu will finally make it to Korok Forest after you visit him at either Stable. Hestu will stay here permanently. To find your way into the heart of the forest, you'll have to first make it through the Lost Woods (get a guide on how to get through the Lost Woods here if you need some help with the tricky section!). The Keo Ruug Shrine in Korok Forest can act as a fast travel point for all your upgrade needs, so make sure to activate it.
