Hide imagesstep 1Peel and core Red Apples (6 2/3 cups) and cut into cubes.step 2Place apple cubes into a large pot and add the zest and juice from Lemon (1), Apple Juice (8 oz), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp). Cook apple mixture for about 10 minutes over high heat.step 3Turn to medium heat and continue to boil for another 20 minutes until apples are translucent, soft and liquid reduced to half and thick. Stirring occasionally to prevent burning.step 4Lastly simmer at low heat for about 5-10 minutes and use a large spoon or wooden spoon to mash the apples.step 5Ladle hot jam into sterilized bottles and tightly sealed by inverting them to cool.
