Ingredients

    1 can of jack mackerel in brine (drained but reseve a little liquid)1 large egg (slightly beaten)1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers2 Tbsp oil

Directions

Drain and reserve liquid from mackerel. I also take out the backbones. Add egg, flour, and crushed crackers and stir together.
