How can I remove all the npcs What I mean is like when I create a new neighbourhood and make nobody on it except for my one family and these NPCs come to greet them to the neighbourhood. I want to remove ALL the strangers so I only see the people I make walk past my houses and no random npc appaearances. How can this be done? tomkat Lab Assistant #2 27th Jan 2006 at 12:41 PM

There is a cheat code to do that, and then there is my way: CHEATCODE: After a new neighborhood is created, make one sim (temporary) and move him into an empty lot. Then go to the neighborhood and use the deleteallcharacters cheatcode. EVERYONE will be deleted, and you can start from scratch in an empty neighborhood.... or Use SimPE and check what your sim's .package number is...then manually go to the neighborhoods folder in the sims 2 folder in my documents. Select all the files in the characters folder, but exclude those of your sims. delete them all and everyone will be gone forever. No hassles. and much much quicker. You don't have to place a sim in the neighborhood to use that command. The game will create new npcs as needed. Please don't PM me with questions. Post them in the appropriate thread. Back to top
