I'd be happy to provide you with some information. Your Apple Music membership is set up with your Apple ID. You use this Apple ID in the iTunes and App Stores to purchase and download new content, and also to verify your Apple Music membership and grant you access to the content. You can sign out of Apple Music by signing out of the iTunes and App Store under Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store. Tap your Apple ID, then tap sign out. This will sign you out of the iTunes and App Stores, as well.
