Thank you for consulting the Apple Support Communities. I understand you’d like to know how to sign out of Apple Music. I’m happy to help. 

If using an iPhone you can sign out by navigating to Settings > [your account] > iTunes & App Store > Tap your ID > Sign Out. 

If using a Mac, launch the Music app and sign out there. 

If you mean to say that you’d like to manage your subscription, learn more here: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

If I do not have a correct understanding of the issue, please reach back out on this thread and let me know what’s going on.
