If your order is delivered via USPS, when it's delivered, you must keep the box sealed (if opened, we won't be able to accept it) - Simply write "return to sender" on the box and bring it back to the Post Office to return at no charge. 

If your order is delivered via UPS, you must refuse delivery at the point of delivery. When the UPS driver comes to your location with the package, the customer must advise the delivery person that they want the order to be "returned to sender."
