How To Reject Package

1. Reject Package
   1. On the DIY Reship Service - Incoming page, please click the Register Package button; you will then be redirected to the Register Package page.
   2. In the Package Information section of the Register Package page, please select the Country, set Package Type to Refuse Delivery, choose the Courier, and enter the Tracking Number you received from the seller.
   3. Once done, click the Save Package button in the Customs Declaration section.
   4. Please note that we cannot guarantee your request to reject a package will always succeed.
