Use the following steps to utilize the Character Renaming Service: 1) Log into the Mog Station (https://www.mogstation.com) with the Square Enix Account that you use to play FINAL FANTASY XIV.* If you possess multiple service accounts, you will be taken to the service account selection screen. Please carefully navigate through the tabs and select the correct service account you intend to use the Character Renaming Service on, then select "Use This Service Account." 2) Scroll down the page and select "Character Renaming Service" under "Games & Additional Services." 3) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the procedure. Please double check that the correct character on the correct World is selected. 4) You will receive an email on the email address registered to the Square Enix Account, stating that the "Character Renaming Service" process has been completed. 5) Log in to the game and select the character whose name you wish to change.* Occasionally, even though the Character Renaming Service process has been completed, it may take some time until you are able to change your name.
