Made a spelling mistake and only realized 3 hours later. Yes, I did not pay much attention. I forgot to write a letter at the end of my character's surname...Update: I have asked the Japanese support for help, since EU and NA support leave a lot to be desired, to say the least.I received a kindly worded e-mail in less than 24 hours. Long story short, the only option is to remake the character with the correct name or use the name change service. Well, I wrote a ticket to support in hopes that maybe I can get a one-time pardon for this.
