Online retail behemoth Amazon has opened its first Amazon 4-star store in the UK, offering a selection of its top-rated and most popular products.

The new outlet - which opened this week - is the first of its kind outside the United States, where there are already more than 30 4-star shops.

If the store is a success, retail industry experts think it could be the first of several Amazon 4-star outlets across the country.

Where is the Amazon 4-star store?

The first Amazon 4-star store in the UK is located at the Bluewater shopping centre near Dartford in Kent.

Will there be more Amazon 4-star stores in the UK?

Amazon has so far been tight-lipped about its future plans for the Amazon 4-star concept in the UK.

As a result, it has declined to state up to now whether or not it intends the Bluewater store to become part of a UK-wide chain of outlets.

However, if the concept takes off at Bluewater, it seems probable that the retailer will look to open other UK Amazon 4-star stores in due course.
