How in the world do I evolve Feebas?!?

1. I've been cloning my Feebas so I have plenty to work with, but I fed it pokeblocks til it wouldn't eat any more, and only raised it's beauty stat, and it's now at lvl 66 and hasn't evolved... I used chesto berries in the berry blender and made blue pokeblocks, and it's just not working... Can anyone provide a working answer? Stingray483 - 15 years ago - report
