Combine that with the hotels and the parking lots, we are looking about maybe 300 acres. AUTOPIA: Fan Since 1991

But for the developed areas, I'd say that 300 is reasonably close. She guesstimated that it was the size of Disneyland's parking lot (pre DCA), so from then on we called it the 100 acre wood like in winnie the pooh. Disneyland is currently around 85 acres. Downtown Disney (shops and restaurants) is only around 10 acres.
